Another great success for The Beach Soccer Championships in Oceanside. 306 teams enjoyed a weekend full of Fun & excitement, teams came from all over California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Japan, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Portugal & other nations. We were very pleased with the turnout & feedback suggests teams had a great time.
Our Beach Soccer stadium with capacity for 600+ was packed all weekend long, adjacent to the stadium we had Joe's Crab Shack & our Beach Soccer Store with our BeSoCha gear.

 SoCal Beach FC wins The US Open West
The first Championship at a major Beach Soccer Tournament for SoCal Beach FC (PRO Beach Soccer Club based in Oceanside) guided by US Beach Soccer National Team Coach Eddie Soto.
Previously the team had finished 2nd in Virginia Beach in 2008 & 2nd in Santa Cruz in 2009, this new achievement puts SoCal Beach FC among the top teams in the country & poised for a great run at other summer Beach Soccer Tournaments. Below are the results for SoCal Beach FC at The US Open West:
1st ROUND
4-1 win over Japan BSN (Japan)
4-2 win over Team Shoreline (San Diego, CA)
1-4 loss to Santa Cruz BSC (Santa Cruz, CA)
SEMI-FINAL
5-2 win over Hampton Roads Elite (Hampton Roads, VA)
CHAMPIONSHIP
4-2 win over San Diego Sockers (San Diego, CA)
